Thiên Nhạn: Khóa Tu Mùa Thu – Vượt Qua Vô Thường, Trở Về An Lạc

 

Ngày nối ngày, thời gian như con vụ xoay vầng, vô thường rơi xuống từng sợi tóc, từng hơi thở, từng nhịp tim. Giữa cơn lốc xoáy của cuộc đời, bao lần ngỡ rằng chúng ta đã nắm bắt được bình yên nhưng rồi mới hay, tất cả chỉ như khói sương tan loãng trong sớm mai. Chính trong khung trời vô thường ấy, Khóa Tu Mùa Thu của Hội Đồng Hoằng Pháp, thuộc Viện Tăng Thống GHPGVNTN vang lên như một tiếng chuông ngân xa, mời gọi ta dừng lại, buông bỏ và trở về với bến bờ tịnh tĩnh của nội tâm.

Mùa thu vốn là mùa của lá rơi, của những chuyển biến âm thầm, để cây cỏ lặng lẽ chuẩn bị cho một mùa xuân mới. Cũng vậy, đến với khóa tu, chúng ta như chiếc lá nhẹ nhàng rơi vào lòng đất Từ Bi, để hóa thân thành nguồn sinh khí cho chính mình và cho người. Mỗi bước chân thiền hành, mỗi lời kinh tụng niệm, mỗi ánh mắt an trú nơi hiện tại… đều là một lời thệ nguyện với tự thân rằng ta không để vô thường cuốn trôi ý nghĩa của kiếp sống này.

Với hàng Phật tử, Huynh trưởng và đoàn sinh Gia Đình Phật Tử, khóa tu sẽ là một chặng dừng nghỉ ngơi, đồng thời còn là dịp thắp sáng lý tưởng, kết nối tình Đạo và tình Lam, làm tươi mát mảnh đất tâm hồn bao phen lem luốt phong trần. Chính trong giờ phút cùng ngồi lại, cùng lắng nghe pháp âm, cùng quán chiếu vô thường chúng ta sẽ tìm thấy nơi nhau sức mạnh của tình thương, sự kiên định của niềm tin, và cội nguồn an lạc của chánh pháp.

Xin tha thiết kêu gọi toàn thể Phật tử gần xa, nhất là quý Huynh trưởng và đoàn sinh tại vùng lân cận, hãy cùng nhau về tham dự khóa tu này. Bởi mỗi bước chân của chư vị là một cánh sen nở giữa mùa thu, mỗi tiếng niệm Phật của quý vị là một nốt nhạc làm ngân dài bản thiền ca tỉnh thức. Và chính sự hiện diện của tất cả chúng ta sẽ làm cho Khóa Tu Mùa Thu không còn là một cuộc hội ngộ ngắn ngày, mà trở thành một dấu ấn miên viễn trong hành trình tu học, vượt qua đêm dài vô thường để đi về miền an lạc.

Day after day, time spins like a whirling top; impermanence falls upon each strand of hair, every breath, every heartbeat. In the whirlwind of life, how often we thought we had grasped peace—only to realize it was but mist dissolving in the morning light. It is precisely within this sky of impermanence that the Autumn Retreat, organized by the Dharma Propagation Council under the Institute of the Sangha, United Buddhist Church of Vietnam (UBCV), resounds like a distant bell, calling us to pause, to let go, and to return to the tranquil shore of the inner mind.

Autumn has always been the season of falling leaves, of quiet transformations, when trees and grasses prepare silently for the renewal of spring. Likewise, by joining this retreat, we become as gentle leaves falling into the soil of Compassion, transforming into the vital source of life for ourselves and for others. Each mindful step in walking meditation, each chanted sutra, each gaze resting peacefully in the present moment… is a vow to ourselves that we will not allow impermanence to sweep away the meaning of this fleeting life.

For lay Buddhists, GĐPT Leaders, and members of the Vietnamese Buddhist Youth Association, this retreat is not merely a resting pause, but also a chance to rekindle ideals, to connect bonds of the Dharma and the Lam spirit, refreshing the soil of our hearts long weathered by the storms of worldly dust. In the moments of sitting together, listening to the Dharma, and contemplating impermanence, we will discover within each other the strength of compassion, the steadfastness of faith, and the very source of peace in the Buddha’s teaching.

I earnestly call upon all Buddhists near and far—especially the Leaders and members of the GĐPT in neighboring regions—to join us in this retreat. For each of your steps is like a lotus blooming in the midst of autumn; each of your recited Buddha’s names is a note extending the melody of awakening. And it is your very presence that will ensure this Autumn Retreat is not merely a brief gathering, but becomes an enduring milestone on the path of practice—guiding us beyond the long night of impermanence toward the realm of true peace.
