Xuân Vãn 

     Vua Trần Nhân Tông (1258-1308)

Niên thiếu hà tằng liễu sắc không,

Nhất xuân tâm tại bách hoa trung;

Như kim kham (khám) phá đông hoàng diện,

Thiền bản bồ đoàn khán trụy hồng.

XUÂN QUA

Tuổi trẻ chưa tường tỏ sắc không

Tâm xuân vừa đến trăm hoa lòng

Bây chừ hiểu rỏ thềm chân lý

An nhiên tĩnh tọa cánh hồng rơi.  (Tâm Thường Định dịch)

The Late Spring

When I were young, I did not understand the existence and the emptiness.
Now the spring flowers bloom, and I am blissful to see clearly the face of the spring.
