In five weeks, you’ll get an owner’s guide to your mind, including;
● Understanding the essential science of the mind
● Exercises that strengthen resilience and reliability while lowering stress and improving long-term wellness
● Tools to recognize mental states that damage or distort cognitive performance
● Weekly LIVE Zoom Labs with qualified instructors to deep dive into common pitfalls, misconceptions and connect with fellow students
● Convenient access through a smartphone or web-browser
● Weekly short video modules breaking down the complexities of applied neuroscience into easily understood and engaging lessons
● Access to SHORT audio guided practices designed to easily integrate into your busy life!
● Weekly discussion boards to engage and share experiences with the class
● Daily reminders to make exercises easy to work into your schedule Training Costs.

The cost is $50 per person. Stanford/CTA's ILC Super Star / educators are free.
Teachers in the San Juan Teachers Association can get up to 15 professional development hours for Zoom and classworks and the SJTA covers your fees.

Phe X. Bach, Ed.D., Founder/CEO of C. Mindfulness LLC.
Dr. Bach is a mindfulness practitioner, scholar, educator, author and poet. He is also a Stanford/CTA's ILC professional development trainer, instructor for Be Mindful, and an outdoor enthusiast. Dr. Bach is a presenter and contributor of academic papers in the USA and throughout the world, including Thailand, India, Spain, and Vietnam. The United Nations' Day of VESAK invited him to present in Bangkok, Thailand in 2015 and in Ha Nam, Vietnam in 2019. He is married to Trang, has two sons, and lives in Sacramento.
AnneMarie Rossi, Founder and Board President of Be Mindful
Since 2011, AnneMarie has taught thousands of individuals of all ages and backgrounds the knowledge and tools necessary to transform their lives. From the world’s largest airline, Fortune 100 executives, first responder agencies across the United States, public school districts, Universities, homeless youth shelters, refugee centers, rescued sex trafficking victims and more. Her TEDxMileHigh talk, “Why Aren’t We Teaching You Mindfulness,” has more than 400,000 views. In 2019, her collaboration with Colo. Sen. Rhonda Fields led to the appropriation of $3 million for mental health services, including mindfulness training, in Colorado’s public schools.
After her undergraduate degree, she obtained her Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Neuroscience with Distinction from King's College London. She has completed both the Mindful Schools curriculum training and is a certified Mindfulness in School (.b) instructor. She is also the author of "First, Just Breathe: A Guide To Having Slightly Less Regret In Your Life." which has received much praise from readers. Earlier in her career she was an award-winning stock trader and financial advisor.
Jason Dilg. Former executive director and mindfulness instructor of Be Mindful
Jason brings the organization's mission to life. Jason carries nearly two decades of experience in organizational leadership, program management, and presentation coaching in thought-leadership domains that include education, global business, public health, climate change, and technology. He is certified in Mental Health First Aid for both youth and adults. Jason lives with his wife in Virginia's New River Valley and is also an award-winning musician and amateur medical botanist.
Chris Regier: Chris is an ESL curriculum developer and teacher trainer in Japan. He has taught English in 4 different countries and has worked as an administrator for a Canadian-accredited international school. He has committed himself to exploring a variety of contemplative practices since 2006. He is a regular mindfulness practitioner and has earned certification in both MBSR and MBCT courses.
In 2013 he earned a Master’s In Education Curriculum Studies & Education Administration & Leadership, focusing much of his attention towards supporting the initiative for people to cultivate optimal mental health through an accumulation of secular knowledge about neuroscience and mindfulness practices. In his free time, he enjoys playing music, listening to podcasts, spending time with friends, reading books, and cycling.
